✔ Infertility/ Pregnancy loss

✔ Acne

✔ Facial Hair growth

✔ Stubborn weight

✔ Normal labs- but still feeling awful

Why most women with PCOS stay stuck...

Many women are only offered symptom management instead of a comprehensive root-cause approach.

💡 Why this matters

If we only treat symptoms…
we miss what’s actually driving the problem.

But when we address the root?

👉 Your body starts to respond
👉 Symptoms begin to improve
👉 You finally feel like yourself again

🔥 What’s REALLY Driving Your PCOS Symptoms

PCOS is not just a hormone problem.
It’s a whole-body condition—and if we don’t address the root, symptoms keep coming back.

Here’s what’s often happening beneath the surface:

Insulin Resistance

Your body isn’t using insulin properly.

This can lead to:
• Stubborn weight (especially in the abdomen)
• Cravings + energy crashes
• Increased testosterone levels

👉 One of the main drivers of PCOS

🔥 Chronic Inflammation

Your body is stuck in a low-grade inflammatory state.

This can contribute to:
• Irregular cycles
• Acne and skin changes
• Hormone disruption

🦠 Gut Health Imbalance

Your gut plays a major role in hormones and metabolism.

When it’s off:
• Hormones don’t detox properly
• Inflammation increases
• Symptoms worsen

🧠 Stress & Nervous System

Chronic stress keeps your body in “survival mode.”

This can lead to:
• Elevated cortisol
• Blood sugar instability
• Disrupted ovulation

👉 Your body can’t heal in fight-or-flight

⚖️ Hormone Imbalance

Yes—hormones are involved.

But they are often the result, not the root cause.

You may see:
• Elevated androgens (testosterone)
• Irregular or missing cycles
• Estrogen/progesterone imbalance

I don't just treat PCOS.... I've lived it

👉 Hi, I’m Jennifer Joslin, FNP

Hormone & PCOS Specialist

My Story

For years, I struggled in my own body without clear answers.

Acne and unwanted hair growth starting in high school.
Stubborn weight that wouldn’t budge no matter what I tried.
Painful, frustrating cycles that never felt “normal.”

Like so many women, I was put on birth control at a young age—
and while it was meant to help, I ended up dealing with side effects that made me feel even more disconnected from my body.

And then came the hardest part…

Walking through multiple pregnancy losses—
including delivering my daughter far too early,
holding her in my hands as she took her first and last breath.

That changes you.

And it changed the way I practice medicine forever.

Because what I experienced—and what I see in so many women—is this:

We’re often given surface-level answers

for something that runs much deeper.

“Go on birth control.”
“Just lose weight.”
“Everything looks normal.”

But deep down… you know something is off.

That’s why I do what I do today.

Not just to manage symptoms—
but to help women understand what’s actually happening in their bodies.

To look deeper.
To connect the dots.
To create real, lasting change.

You deserve more than quick fixes.

You deserve answers.
You deserve to feel at home in your body again.

👉 “If you’re ready to stop guessing and start understanding your body, I’d love to help.”
